A churrascaria is a place where meat is cooked in churrasco style, which translates from the Portuguese to barbecue. At Fogo & Brasa (Fire & Charcoal) Churrascaria, the first Brazilian restaurant in Cyprus, BBQ rules, which means that all types of meat on offer, such as chicken, lamb, pork and the best quality beef (sirloin, fillet mignon, picanha, rib eye etc.), are cooked in churrasco style in the open kitchen. The menu also includes pasta, salad and Brazilian side dishes.
